The Senior Nutrition Assistance Programs Network provides an opportunity to stay connected to the newest program policy changes, access initiatives, outreach efforts and summaries on the latest research and reports on issues of hunger and nutrition specific to older adults. Information will be shared with the network in a variety of ways including a quarterly e-newsletter and other informational e-mails.  Throughout the year we will host topic based conference calls, when needed, for network members who may not be able to travel to Albany for meetings.  Participants share information in order to strengthen the network of nutrition assistance and outreach, ensuring that low-income seniors in NYS maintain good nutrition and health.
