New York State Food Stamp Initiatives by Region - The Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) has created a web page that indicates which upstate counties and NYC boroughs are participating in new Food Stamp Initiatives.  The initiatives highlighted are: Telephone Recertification, Working Families Telephone Interviewing and Online Food Stamp Application Sites.
