- Just Say Yes to Fruits and Vegetables (JSY): Administered by the NYS Department of Health, JSY provides free nutrition education to low-income individuals and families throughout NYS. For the past two summers, JSY has partnered with dozens of summer food sites to provide nutrition education at summer meal sites.
